My Philosophy
My philosophy is based on my life experience of losing my father at a very young age when I learned the value of time and life. Every moment in our life offers an opportunity to examine and/or enjoy the essence of being alive. As a therapist, I believe I am a guide to support others in their examination or enjoyment of life.
My Approach
I take a humanistic and person centered approach in the foundation of all therapeutic interactions so you can expect authenticity, empathy and a respect for you as a unique individual.
